よく考えてみると、私はアパレル関係の仕事をしている人をスポンサリングした時の
相手の成功の打率は、結構高いです。

まず、私がアムウェイをスタートして最初にスポンサリングしたのは、渡辺正人でした。
彼は原宿の表参道の「ポールスチュアート」というブティックに勤めていました。
今は、現在トリプルダイヤモンドＤＤになっています。

銀座の「エルメス」に勤めていた石塚健は、今、ＥＸダイヤモンドＤＤになっていますし、
ハワイのアラモアナ・ショッピングセンターの「ベルサーチ」に勤めていた
石原タケシはエメラルドＤＤです。
東京の「グッチ」に勤めている２９歳の彼も将来、ダイヤモンドは、やりそうですね。（笑）

その「グッチ」の男に、私は突然、夢を聞いてみました。
いきなり聞かれたのに、まるで準備してたかのように、５つくらいポンポンと言いました。
自然に夢を語り始めました。
その夢は大きな夢もあり、身近な夢もありました。
身近な夢の中には「お世話になった母に、アムウェイで成功したらベンツをプレゼントしたい」
と言うのがありました。
これは、きっと実現することでしょう！

私が１９８２年に、アムウェイと出会った時に、自分とアムウェイに対して
無限の可能性を感じました！
アムウェイって、ほかの誰とも違う自分が、自分の人生を、自分にしか出来ないものに
出来ると思ったのです。ライフスタイルが自由になり、豊かな人生が送れると思いました！

以前、わが家の家族旅行でドイツのフランクフルトに行った時に、
ゲーテの生家に行ったことがあります。

今、思い出した彼のフレーズで、

と、私がアムウェイに対しての考え方と同じ感覚の言葉を述べています。

ディストリビューターも、「自分はＤＤくらいは、なれる！」と思った人は、
なれますし「自分はなれない・・・」と思った人は、本当になれないのです・・・・
ダイヤモンドＤＤだって同じ事です！
「気が付いたら富士山の頂上に上がっていました・・」そんな人、見たことないです。（笑）

そして、「なれる！」と思った人は、それにふさわしい動きが、伴ってるかどうかです！
頭の中で、いくらなれると思っても、何もしなければ結果はついて来ません！
祈っているだけでも、なれません！（笑）

あと、ピントがずれたアムウェイをいくらやっても、それは厳しいです。
本当に相手のために、どれだけ動けるかどうかなのです！
アムウェイは相手の喜ぶことをするのです！
自分の喜ぶことが、相手よりも自分の方が先だという人も、厳しいです。

アムウェイで起きてることは、すべては、あなた自身が招いているということなんです。
人との出会いも、今のあなたの感情も、アムウェイの結果も、すべてはあなたが
何をしてきたか、フロントやグループの人達に、どう接してきたかに対しての結果が、
今のあなたなのです。
