モットーは『世界中の食卓に沢山の笑顔を届ける！』です。
私は、おいしいものを頂いているときって、幸せだな～！とよく思うのです。

それは、プロのおもてなしから始まり、母の家庭の味まで、一緒です。

誰でも、簡単に、短時間で、栄養たっぷり、愛情たっぷりのお料理ができたら、幸せ！！です。

また、手軽におもてなし料理ができて、お客様と一緒に楽しむことができたら、幸せ！！です。

人間にとって食事は欠かせないもの・・・食事は空腹を満たすだけの作業ではなく、団らんの場であったり、大切なコミュニケーションの場です。そんな食卓を楽しい（笑顔）がたくさんの場にしていきたいと願っております。

美容・健康情報はもちろんのこと、これからは食育にも目をむけてレシピを作りたいと考えております。

たくさんの旬のお野菜（有機野菜）を使って、簡単で、おいしく、ヘルシーで、誰にでもできるお料理の数々をご紹介していきます。（３００種以上）

また、海外駐在生活の経験を生かして、簡単なテーブルセッティングから盛り付けまでも、見た目に楽しく、美しい食卓を、気軽にできるよう皆様にご紹介していく予定です。
